Screw them and the bottom piece together with 1-3/4″ countersunk screws to create a box for the mold. Smooth the rough edges with an orbital sander to finish the look.
Create curves for the corner using fiberglass or Masonite strips and watertight the mold to keep the water in the cement so that it will be protected from discolorations, blemishes and dry areas. Caulk all seams and joints with silicone to make sure that it is watertight. However, since silicone also discolor concrete, it is important to smooth out the silicone neatly and evenly to make an unobtrusive edge.
